If you thought that a new season on Comedy Central and the launch of a series of special mini-movies on Paramount + was the intention, the 25th anniversary of South Park would be celebrated, you really don’t know any franchisers Trey Parker and matt stone very good. Tonight we learned that Parker, Stone and the cable channel will be celebrating 25 years of the long-running animated series with a concert at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater in Colorado. The event, which takes place on August 10th, will feature Parker & Stone as well as Primus and Ween and will feature fan-favorite numbers from the run of the series. “We are so excited to go home and play at Red Rocks, a venue known for hosting the now legendary artists and musicians. Until now,” Stone and Parker said in a statement.
Parker and Stone will perform the concert along with Anne Garefino and Frank C. Agnone II. Eric Stough, Adrien Beard, Bruce Howell and Vernon Chatman serve as producers. Now here’s a look at the official trailer for the South Park 25th Anniversary concert, and to buy tickets head here:

2022: Full library of 310 episodes to launch internationally on Paramount+.
2024: Beginning with Season 27, new episodes will have their US and global streaming premieres on Paramount+.
2025: The entire catalog rolls into the US, making Paramount+ the global SVOD exclusive home of the groundbreaking franchise.
2022-2027: South Park will run through its 30th season on Comedy Central while the 12 remaining original streaming events will stream on Paramount + two per year.
