The latest TV spot for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness includes new footage of Scarlet Witch and Baron Mordo.

The short Cinemark trailer underscores the sheer scale of Doctor Strange’s latest adventure and encourages fans to experience it on as big a screen as possible. To illustrate the point, the video includes a slew of new clips highlighting Wanda Maximoff’s powerful chaos magic and Mordo’s deadly abilities with a seemingly mystical sword. The TV spot also includes many clips that fans will no doubt recognize from previous trailers, such as Giganto hurling a bus at the master of mystic arts and the arrival of a super-powered person who glows orange and blue.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to rip open the ever-growing Marvel Cinematic Universe wider than ever. dealing with the consequences of his actions Spider-Man: No Way Home, the titular wizard is forced to face the multiverse and save it from total collapse. After the events of WandaVision, Scarlet Witch is set to serve as the film’s main antagonist as she grapples with her newfound dark abilities. While Baron Mordo was teased as the villain during the original’s post-credits scene Doctor Strangehis role in the sequel is currently unknown, but fans assume he will face off against ex-Sorcerer Supreme.

Beyond the spectacle of Multiverse of Madness, star Benedict Cumberbatch believes the story will have a significant impact on the title character. “I think that’s moving into plot spoiler territory, so I can’t talk too much about it because this movie is definitely a progression from [his character]”said Cumberbatch. “We’ll definitely see him challenge on that front. I can say that much. And I think that’s a good thing. We have to shake him up.”

As for Wanda, the Scarlet Witch has much to prove Multiverse of Madness; Co-producer Richie Palmer teased that the film will settle a debate that has been raging among fans of the MCU. “I don’t know who is more powerful than Wanda,” Palmer said. “The meeting with Wanda Maximoff at the end of [Avengers: Endgame] would have been a lot for Strange. Who is the most powerful being in the universe? Maybe we’ll find out at the end of the film.”

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness hits theaters on May 6th.
